Description and characteristics:
The Max-Kade House in Wiesbaden, which used to be home to the labour court, was renovated and opened in November 2016. It is located in the city centre near the central station and is therefore well served by public transportation. It is also well connected to the university location of RhineMain University of Applied Sciences. Also the campus in Ruesselsheim is well connected.
The 87 single apartments of the residential hall, which have a size between 17 and 37 square metres, all have separate bathrooms and kitchenettes. One room is handicapped accessible.
In addition, shared rooms and washing rooms as well as bicycle and car-parking spaces complement the offer.
